30g Chickpea Flour

2 cups Fresh Spinach

1 clove Garlic
Salt & Black Pepper to taste
PREPARATION
Press the tofu to remove excess moisture and crumble it into a bowl.
In a separate small bowl, mix the chickpea flour with a few tablespoons of water to create a smooth slurry.
