2 large Egg Whites

PREPARATION
Dice the sweet potato into small cubes and chop the red bell pepper and fresh spinach.
Season the chicken breast lightly with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the chicken until it's browned on all sides and cooked through, about 5-6 minutes per side. Remove and dice into bite-sized pieces.
