1 oz Cheddar Cheese
1 Whole Wheat Tortilla
1/2 cup Shredded Cabbage
1/4 cup Shredded Carrots
1 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
PREPARATION
Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly spray with olive oil.
Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper. Grill or pan-sear the chicken until fully cooked and crispy, about 4-5 minutes per side. Once cooked, slice into thin strips.
In a small bowl, toss the shredded cabbage and carrots with apple cider vinegar to create a fresh slaw. Set aside.
