1 cup Green Beans
1 cup Cauliflower (for mashing)
1 clove Garlic

Salt & Pepper to taste
PREPARATION
Rinse the cod fillet and pat dry. Season both sides lightly with salt and pepper.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and add 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
Once the oil is hot, place the cod fillet in the skillet and sear for about 3-4 minutes per side until golden and the fish flakes easily.
