1/2 cup Chickpea Flour (60g)
1 large Egg
1/4 cup Buffalo Sauce (60g)
1/2 cup Plain Nonfat Greek Yogurt (120g)
1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1/2 teaspoon Onion Powder
Salt & Black Pepper to taste
PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets and set aside.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the chickpea flour, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until you achieve a smooth batter.
Toss the cauliflower florets in half of the buffalo sauce, then coat them evenly in the chickpea flour batter.
