250g Cauliflower

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Season the chicken breast with salt, pepper, and half of the fresh herbs. Drizzle with a bit of olive oil and a squeeze of lemon juice.
Place the chicken on a baking tray and roast in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes or until fully cooked, turning once halfway through for even browning.
