1 tsp Ground Turmeric
PREPARATION
Press the tofu for at least 15 minutes to remove excess moisture, then crumble it into bite-sized pieces.
Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sautéing until translucent and fragrant.
