200g Chicken Breast
1 cup sliced Mushrooms
1 cup Broccoli florets
1 tbsp Unsalted Butter
2 cloves Garlic
1 tsp Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper to taste
PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) for roasting the broccoli.
Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper on both sides.
In an oven-safe skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken breast for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden.
While the chicken sears, toss the broccoli florets with a little olive oil, salt, and pepper on a baking sheet.
