Preheat your oven to 425°F.

Pat dry the chicken breast and coat it evenly with the lemon garlic mixture.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and sear the chicken for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden and crispy.
Meanwhile, toss the broccoli in olive oil, salt, and pepper, and arrange it on a baking sheet.
Place both the seared chicken and broccoli in the oven. Roast the broccoli for about 15 minutes until tender and slightly charred, and finish cooking the chicken in the oven for an additional 8-10 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Remove from the oven, let the chicken rest for a couple of minutes, then serve the crispy lemon garlic chicken alongside the roasted broccoli.
