1 cup Asparagus
1 tsp Olive Oil
1 tbsp Soy Sauce

1 tsp Smoked Paprika
Salt and Pepper to taste
PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Press the tofu gently to remove excess water. Cut the tofu into 1/2-inch cubes.
In a bowl, combine the tofu cubes with soy sauce, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss gently to coat evenly.
