4 oz Chicken Breast
1 cup cooked Whole Wheat Pasta
1 cup Broccoli
1 tsp Olive Oil
2 cloves Garlic
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
Salt & Pepper to taste
PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 425°F to roast the broccoli.
In a bowl, toss the broccoli with half of the olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread it on a baking sheet and roast in the oven for about 15-20 minutes until tender and slightly crispy.
While the broccoli roasts, season the chicken breast on both sides with salt and pepper.
Heat the remaining olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook for approximately 5-6 minutes per side, or until golden and cooked through.
In the last 2 minutes of cooking, add minced garlic to the pan and let it soften, stirring to coat the chicken in the aromatic garlic.
