PREPARATION
Prepare the sushi rice according to package instructions. Once cooked, allow it to cool slightly.
Slice the fresh salmon into thin strips. Dice the avocado into small cubes. Julienne the cucumber for added crunch.
Lay out the nori sheet on a clean, flat surface. Spread the cooled rice evenly over the nori, leaving about an inch at the top edge uncovered.
Place the salmon strips, avocado cubes, and cucumber slices in a line along the bottom edge of the rice-covered nori.
