Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Pat the chicken breast dry. In a shallow dish, combine almond flour, dried thyme, dried rosemary, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
Finely mince the garlic clove and mix it into the almond flour mixture.
Coat the chicken breast evenly with the garlic herb almond flour mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
Place the coated chicken breast on the baking sheet. Drizzle a small amount of olive oil over the top for extra crispiness.
On a separate baking tray, spread the green beans. Drizzle with the remaining olive oil, and season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Place both trays in the preheated oven. Roast the green beans for about 15 minutes, stirring halfway through.
Bake the chicken for approximately 20-25 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the crust is golden and crispy.
Once done, plate the chicken with a serving of roasted green beans. Enjoy your crispy garlic herb crusted chicken dinner!
