PREPARATION
Prepare the brown rice if not already cooked. If cooking from scratch, rinse the rice and simmer in water until tender.
Cut the tempeh into small cubes. In a non-stick pan, add the olive oil over medium heat.
Sauté the garlic for about 30 seconds until fragrant, then add the tempeh cubes. Cook for 5-7 minutes until the tempeh starts to brown.
