1 cup Whole Wheat Pasta, cooked
1 cup raw Spinach
1/2 cup Light Tomato Sauce

1 clove minced Garlic

PREPARATION
Bring a pot of water to boil and cook the whole wheat pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper. Heat 1 tsp of olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
Cook the chicken for about 5-6 minutes on each side until fully cooked through and slightly golden. Remove from the skillet and slice into strips.
In the same skillet, add the remaining olive oil and minced garlic. Sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
