1 tsp Olive Oil (for slaw)
1/2 tsp Olive Oil (for mash)
1/4 cup thinly sliced Red Onion
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
Salt and Pepper to taste
PREPARATION
Pat the chicken breast dry and season both sides with salt and pepper.
