1 cup Broccoli
1 cup Cauliflower
1 tsp Olive Oil (for mash)

1 tsp Unsalted Butter
1 clove Garlic

PREPARATION
Pat the salmon dry and season both sides with salt and pepper.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. When hot, add the salmon skin-side down and sear for 3-4 minutes, then flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes until the salmon is just cooked through.
Meanwhile, steam the broccoli in a steamer or a covered pot with a splash of water for about 5 minutes until tender but retaining a slight crunch.
