INGREDIENTS
6 oz Branzino Fillet
90 grams Asparagus
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 garlic clove
1/2 Lemon
Salt & Pepper
PREPARATION
Pat the branzino fillet dry and season with salt and pepper on both sides.
Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat with 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
Place the branzino in the skillet skin-side down and cook for about 3-4 minutes until the skin is crispy, then flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes until the fish is just cooked through.
While the fish is cooking, preheat your oven to 400°F.
Trim the asparagus and toss with a little olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper on a baking sheet.
Roast the asparagus in the oven for 8-10 minutes until tender and slightly caramelized.
Once cooked, drizzle the fish with fresh lemon juice and serve alongside the roasted asparagus.
