PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a mini muffin tin with paper liners or spray lightly with non-stick spray.
In a medium bowl, combine the whey protein powder, almond flour, baking powder, and stevia.
In another bowl, whisk together the egg whites and almond milk until smooth.
