INGREDIENTS
5.75 oz Turkey Breast (approx. 163g)
1 cup Fresh Green Beans (125g)
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 cup chopped Cauliflower (107g)
1 tsp Unsalted Butter
2 cloves Garlic
Pinch of Salt
Pinch of Black Pepper
PREPARATION
Pat the turkey breast dry and season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Heat 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Sear the turkey breast on each side for about 3-4 minutes until nicely browned, then reduce heat and cook through. Remove turkey and let rest.
In the same skillet, add 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil and minced garlic. Sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add the green beans and cook for 4-5 minutes until they become tender-crisp. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Meanwhile, steam the cauliflower until very tender, about 8-10 minutes.
Drain the cauliflower and mash it with 1 teaspoon unsalted butter, a pinch of salt, and pepper until smooth.
Slice the turkey breast and plate with a serving of garlic green beans and a generous scoop of mashed cauliflower.
Serve warm and enjoy your balanced, healthy dinner.
