INGREDIENTS
7 ounces Chicken Breast (198g)
1 cup Green Beans (125g)
1 tablespoon Low Sodium Soy Sauce
1 teaspoon Honey
2 teaspoons Olive Oil
1 teaspoon Grated Ginger
1 clove Minced Garlic
1 teaspoon Sesame Seeds
PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 400°F.
In a small bowl, mix low sodium soy sauce, honey, grated ginger, and minced garlic to prepare your teriyaki glaze.
Place the chicken breast on a baking sheet and coat it evenly with half of the teriyaki glaze.
Roast the chicken in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until its internal temperature reaches 165°F.
While the chicken roasts, heat 1 teaspoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the green beans to the skillet and sauté for about 5-7 minutes until they are crisp-tender, then drizzle with the remaining olive oil and toss briefly.
Once done, slice the roasted chicken and drizzle any leftover teriyaki glaze on top.
Plate the sliced chicken alongside the crispy green beans, and sprinkle sesame seeds for garnish before serving.
