PREPARATION
Prep the ingredients by dicing the tomato and red bell pepper. Crack the eggs and separate to obtain the egg whites.
Slice the chicken longganisa into thin rounds or crumble it if preferred.
Heat 3 tsp of extra virgin olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
