150g Potatoes
5g Butter
1 clove Garlic
100g Asparagus
1 tsp Olive Oil

PREPARATION
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Season the 100g chicken breast with salt, pepper, minced garlic, and chopped fresh herbs.
Place the chicken on a lightly greased baking sheet and roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes until fully cooked.
While the chicken roasts, peel (if desired) and cut the potatoes into chunks. Boil them in lightly salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes.
