PREPARATION
In a mixing bowl, combine the nonfat Greek yogurt and vanilla whey protein isolate. Stir well until completely smooth and the protein powder is fully incorporated.
Prepare your serving glass or bowl by layering half of the yogurt-protein blend at the bottom.
Add a layer of mixed berries evenly over the yogurt.
