1 cup Cauliflower
1/4 cup Nonfat Greek Yogurt
1.5 tsp Olive Oil
2 cloves Garlic

PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 425°F. Toss the broccoli florets with half of the olive oil, a pinch of salt and pepper, and arrange them on a baking sheet.
Roast the broccoli in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until tender and slightly crispy.
Meanwhile, bring a small pot of water to a boil and add the cauliflower florets. Cook until tender, about 8-10 minutes.
