PREPARATION
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and set your oven to 425°F.
Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper. Lightly brush with 1 tablespoon olive oil.
Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes per side until fully cooked and grill marks are visible. Remove and let it rest.
