1 medium Potato
1.5 cups Broccoli
1 tsp Olive Oil

PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 425°F.
In a small bowl, combine the juice and zest of half a lemon, minced garlic, mixed fresh herbs, olive oil, salt, and pepper to create a marinade.
Pat the chicken breast dry and rub half of the marinade evenly over it. Place the chicken on one side of a baking sheet.
