PREPARATION
Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium heat.
Slice the tempeh into 1/4-inch thick slices and marinate with a little olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Grill the tempeh slices for about 3-4 minutes on each side until they develop nice grill marks.
