1 cup Green Beans
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 clove Garlic
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
Salt & Pepper to taste
PREPARATION
Pat the cod fillet dry with paper towels and season lightly with salt and pepper.
Heat half of the olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the cod, skin side down if applicable, and sear for about 3-4 minutes until a crispy golden crust forms.
Carefully flip the cod and cook for another 3-4 minutes until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork. Remove the cod from the skillet and set aside.
