Preheat your oven to 400°F.
Season the 6 oz chicken breast lightly with salt and pepper. Place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
In a small bowl, whisk together the orange juice, honey, minced ginger, crushed garlic, cornstarch, and soy sauce until fully combined.
Brush the chicken breast with a thin layer of the sauce, reserving the rest for later glazing.
Bake the chicken in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes until the interior reaches 165°F.
Meanwhile, toss the broccoli in olive oil, a pinch of salt, and pepper. Spread it out on another baking sheet.
After the chicken has baked for about 10 minutes, drizzle some of the remaining sauce over it, then slide the broccoli into the oven.
Roast the broccoli for 15-20 minutes until tender and slightly crispy on the edges.
Once the chicken is fully cooked, remove both the chicken and broccoli from the oven, drizzle any remaining sauce over the chicken for that sticky finish, and serve immediately.
