PREPARATION
Pat the chicken breast dry with paper towels and season both sides with salt and pepper.
In a small bowl, mix the lemon juice and minced garlic.
Heat 1 teaspoon of olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the chicken breast and sear for about 4-5 minutes on one side until it develops a crispy golden crust.
