PREPARATION
Preheat the sheet pan in the oven to 425°F (220°C).
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
Place the chicken breast and beef sirloin on the sheet pan and drizzle half of the lemon garlic marinade over them.
