8 Asparagus Spears
1/2 Lemon (juice)
1.5 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Garlic Clove
1 Tbsp Mixed Fresh Herbs
PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Place the basa fillets on a lightly greased baking dish. Drizzle half of the olive oil over the fish and squeeze the lemon juice on top.
Sprinkle finely chopped fresh herbs and minced garlic over the fillets. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper to taste.
Arrange the asparagus spears around the fish on the baking tray. Drizzle the remaining olive oil over the asparagus and add a bit more herbs if desired.
