PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 400°F.
Using a sharp knife, create a pocket in the thickest part of the chicken breast.
Stuff the pocket with fresh spinach and mozzarella cheese. Secure with toothpicks if necessary and season the chicken inside and out with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
