Crispy Garlic Butter Steak with Roasted Potatoes
Enjoy a savory combination of crispy garlic butter steak paired with perfectly roasted potatoes. The tender, juicy steak is enhanced with a rich garlic butter glaze, while the roasted potatoes offer a satisfying, crisp texture and warm, comforting flavors.
INGREDIENTS
5 ounces Sirloin Steak
1 medium Potato
1 teaspoon Unsalted Butter
2 cloves Garlic
1 teaspoon Olive Oil
1 tablespoon Fresh Parsley
Salt & Pepper to taste
PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 425°F. Wash the potato and cut it into 1-inch cubes.
Toss the potato cubes with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread them out on a baking sheet.
Roast the potatoes in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until they are golden and crispy, stirring halfway through.
Meanwhile, pat the sirloin steak dry with a paper towel and season both sides generously with salt and pepper.
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the steak for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until it reaches your desired level of doneness.
In the last minute of cooking, reduce the heat to medium and add the butter and minced garlic to the skillet. Spoon the melted garlic butter over the steak as it finishes cooking.
Once the steak is done, remove it from the skillet and let it rest for a couple of minutes. Slice the steak against the grain.
Plate the sliced steak along with the roasted potatoes. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve immediately.
