PREPARATION
Preheat the oven to 375°F.
Slice the top off the red bell pepper and remove seeds and membranes. Set aside.
In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté chopped onion and minced garlic until soft and fragrant.
Add the lean ground beef to the skillet. Season with salt and pepper, cooking until the beef is browned and fully cooked.
