1 tbsp Lemon Juice

PREPARATION
Pat the tilapia fillet dry with paper towels and season lightly with a pinch of salt and black pepper on both sides.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and add 1.5 teaspoons of extra virgin olive oil.
