1 tsp Cornstarch (3g)
1 tsp Olive Oil (4.5g)
2 tbsp Panko Breadcrumbs (14g)
PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a shallow bowl, combine the panko breadcrumbs with a drizzle of olive oil. Dredge the chicken breast evenly in the breadcrumb mixture for a crispy coating.
Place the breaded chicken on the baking sheet. Roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and golden.
