1 medium Sweet Potato
1 cup Green Beans
2 tsp Olive Oil
1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
1 Garlic Clove
1 tsp Fresh Thyme
1 tsp Fresh Rosemary
Salt & Pepper to taste
PREPARATION
Preheat the oven to 425°F.
In a small bowl, combine lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, chopped thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
