PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 400°F.
Rinse the asparagus and trim the tough ends. Place them on a baking tray and drizzle with half of the olive oil, minced garlic, a squeeze of lemon juice, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
