8 spears Asparagus

PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
Pat the chicken breast dry with paper towels. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
In a small bowl, whisk together the extra virgin olive oil, juice and zest of the lemon, minced garlic, and chopped fresh herbs.
Coat the chicken breast evenly with the lemon-herb mixture.
