200g asparagus
2 teaspoons olive oil
1 whole lemon (juice and zest)
2 garlic cloves

Salt & Pepper to taste
PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
Pat the chicken thigh dry with paper towels. In a small bowl, mix the juice and zest of the lemon, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, thyme, 1 teaspoon of olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Rub the herb mixture evenly over the chicken thigh, ensuring the skin gets plenty of seasoning.
