4 medium Chicken Wings (250g total)
1 cup Broccoli (91g)
1 tbsp Honey
1 clove Garlic
1 tsp Low Sodium Soy Sauce
1 pinch Chili Flakes
1 tsp Olive Oil
Salt and Black Pepper to taste
PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a small bowl, whisk together honey, minced garlic, low sodium soy sauce, and a pinch of chili flakes. Set aside.
Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels. Season them with salt and pepper.
Place the wings on one half of the baking sheet. Brush them lightly with olive oil.
Toss the broccoli with a drizzle of olive oil, salt, and pepper, and arrange on the other half of the baking sheet.
