5 oz Chicken Breast
1 cup Broccoli
2 tsp Olive Oil
2 tbsp Lemon Juice
2 tbsp Mixed Fresh Herbs (Thyme & Rosemary)
2 Garlic Cloves
1 tbsp Toasted Pine Nuts
Salt & Pepper to taste
PREPARATION
Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
In a small bowl, combine lemon juice, chopped herbs, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Pat the chicken breast dry and coat evenly with the lemon-herb marinade.
Place the chicken breast on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
