150g Lean Ground Turkey
150g Carrots
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
40g Red Onion
2 Cloves Garlic
1 tsp Dried Thyme
Salt and Black Pepper to taste
PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Peel and cut the carrots into sticks. Toss them with olive oil, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper. Spread them on a baking sheet.
Roast the carrots in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes or until they become tender and slightly crispy around the edges.
While the carrots are roasting, finely chop the red onion and garlic.
