Salt & Pepper to taste
PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
Trim and halve the Brussels sprouts. Place them on a sheet pan.
Drizzle the Brussels sprouts with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
