6 oz Chicken Breast
1 cup Brussels Sprouts
2.5 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
1 Garlic Clove
1 tsp Fresh Rosemary
1 tsp Fresh Thyme
Salt and Pepper to taste
PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
In a small bowl, whisk together the extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, and thyme. Season with salt and pepper.
Place the chicken breast in a baking dish and pour half of the herb-lemon mixture over it. Let it marinate for 10-15 minutes if time permits.
