2 Garlic cloves

PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 425°F.
Toss the broccoli florets with a drizzle of olive oil, salt, and pepper; spread them onto a baking sheet and roast for about 15-20 minutes until tender and slightly charred.
While the broccoli roasts, season the chicken breast with salt and pepper. In a skillet over medium heat, add a teaspoon of olive oil and sear the chicken for 4-5 minutes on each side until fully cooked. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add minced garlic and the juice of 1/2 a lemon. Sauté briefly until fragrant.
