250g Chicken Thighs (Boneless, Skinless)
200g Asparagus
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 medium Lemon (zested and juiced)
2 cloves Garlic
0.5 tsp Dried Thyme
0.5 tsp Dried Rosemary
Salt and Pepper to taste
PREPARATION
Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, dried thyme, dried rosemary, salt, and pepper.
Place the chicken thighs in a large bowl and pour half of the lemon-herb mixture over them, ensuring each piece is evenly coated.
