1 stalk Celery (40g), chopped
1/4 cup chopped Onion (40g)
1 clove Garlic, minced
1 tsp Olive Oil (5g)
1/4 tsp Ground Cumin
1/4 tsp Ground Turmeric
1/4 tsp Smoked Paprika
Salt and Pepper to taste
PREPARATION
Heat the olive oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
Add chopped onion, carrot, and celery. Sauté until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
Stir in minced garlic, ground cumin, turmeric, and smoked paprika and cook for another minute until fragrant.
Add diced tomatoes and allow to simmer for a couple of minutes.
